Economic Development marketing assistance for Lerida Airport

A one-year contract to assist Lerida Airport management in the transformation of the airport into an MRO/aerospace activities hub through a road show and contacts with industry companies. The work carried out included a complete analysis of the airport as an industry hub platform (SWOT analysis), the definition of strategic activity lines and contacts with +50 potential investors from the aerospace, R&D, MRO, testing and other fields.
